Steps to Build a Straightforward Routine
1. Start With a Shower
Always start your grooming routine with a shower. A shower is necessary to cleanse your body of the day or get it prepared to go out, clearing off stink, dirt, and everything in between. It’s an excellent time to shampoo your hair and remove any clinging grease and residue.
2. Manage Your Face
Your face is the first thing most people see, so it’s vital to care for it. Use a gentle face scrub to clean and exfoliate it. Then, use moisturizer to deal with fine lines and wrinkles and assist with your natural skin barrier. Finally, use SPF lotion to defend your skin from the sun. If you want, apply makeup or trim facial hair to pull everything together.
3. Brush Your Teeth
