Some individuals consider a date as a fancy night at dinner or a trip to see the latest movie in the theater. For fitness fanatics, however, there are some unique and action-packed options available to take a date to the next level.

1. Visit a Trampoline Park

One of the most exercise-filled activities you can do with your date is visit a trampoline park. Together, you can laugh and bounce like children while getting an intense workout for your calves and thighs. Plus, there’s nothing more fun than jumping on a trampoline.

There’s a massive variety of activities available at a trampoline park. Whether you want to sling yourself into a ball pit or flip down a trampoline line, it’s a mix-and-match workout adventure. 

2. Climb a Rock Wall

If you and your date aren’t scared of heights, consider heading to a climbing gym to tackle a rock wall together. You can do a classic where you’re roped up, or go ropeless with the gutsy bouldering options. Climbing gyms are an excellent way to get an incredible workout.

There’s also the option of literal rock climbing if you and your significant other have experience. However, this experience is slightly more dangerous. 

3. Take a Hike

A hike is an excellent way to get closer to someone and explore the beautiful outdoor world simultaneously. A hike is ideal in the fall when the weather is slightly cooler, and you won’t burn up or melt.

If you’re willing, consider carrying a picnic lunch along with you. You can have a romantic meal together.

4. Dance Together

If it’s been a few dates, consider dancing. You can go dancing at a club, take a class, or turn on some music and make up a routine together. It’s also a fantastic way to forget about shame with this person and laugh as you trip over each others’ feet.

5. Paddle a Kayak

Finally, consider taking on a kayak adventure. You get an arm workout, it’s romantic, and you will see the beautiful outdoors from a unique perspective.
