WOD (Workout of the Day):

AMRAP (As Many Rounds/Reps As Possible):

AMRAP is a term used to describe a specific type of CrossFit workout. In an AMRAP workout, participants are given a fixed time limit and are challenged to complete as many rounds or reps of a specific set of exercises as possible within that time frame. It encourages intensity and pushes athletes to maximize their efforts throughout the workout.

EMOM (Every Minute on the Minute):

EMOM is a type of workout structure where participants perform a set of exercises or repetitions within a minute and then rest until the start of the next minute. The goal is to complete the required work within the minute, allowing for rest before the next round begins. EMOM workouts are effective for improving both conditioning and skill work.
