How to get her to squirt
Have you heard of squirting? Well in this short video we want to help explain some easy things you can do to get her to squirt and be totally satisfied! Watching your partner squirt will also turn you on because it gives you a visual that your partner is satisfied, and you have done your job VERY well.
First of all, let me explain squirting: WebMD states that “Squirting refers to fluid expelled from the vagina during orgasm. Not all people with vaginas squirt during orgasm, and those who do may only squirt some of the time. This type of orgasm includes a rapid ejection of urine from the bladder.”
WebMD also states that people think squirting is fake when I fact squirting is VERY Real. And there is research that shows that squirting comes from the skene glands.
So… How can we get your partner to squirt… Let’s get into it!
First be prepared, wash your hands and your nails should be trimmed and filed. Nobody wants cuts down there that could lead to infections. If you want, put a towel or sex blanket down for easy cleanup.
Start with getting your partner aroused this can be done through dirty talk, toys, stimulating the clitoris, oral sex etc. whatever you know she likes.
Next, Have your partner lie on their back and sit in a butterfly position. This is going to give you the BEST access to the skene’s glands.
After that make sure you are doing things specifically for the clitoris and the g-spot stimulation. Usually, the curved toys that stimulate both at the same time should work. Putting a decent amount of pressure also helps.
Once she is super turned on you should hear a “wet” sound – that means you’re in the right space and your partner is now going to be able to squirt. Have your partner push their pelvic floor muscle and they may feel like they need to pee. Don’t let this discourage them because they think they will just pee. They wont. Switch over to just external stimulation. Once they are ready to squirt the liquid comes through the urethral opening so don’t block it!
And voila! Your partner might have just had an EPIC squirting orgasm. Its not uncommon to take a lot of practice so if she doesn’t, don’t be hard on yourself! You can try again!
More tips include:
Having her urinate before you start
Using lots of lube
And Doing kegel exercises
Goodluck and let us know if we helped!
