He’s changed his phone habits. He’s more protective of his phone, changes his password, texting or talking in private., Do you notice him deleting texts? These are possible signs of deception. You may also start to notice changes in his appearance. He’s dressing better, working out more, wearing cologne, or seems to be trying to impress someone else.
His routine has changed. He’s working late more often, traveling more, going out with friends and all without you. While these are not definitive signs, he’s cheating they may signal that something is off. Don’t accuse your partner of cheating but do express your concerns.
If he is honest with you, he will be able to reassure you that there is nothing to worry about (or he could just be a good liar)
If he’s evasive or defensive, he may be cheating. Either way it’s important to have that tough discussion with your partner.
